QUEUER USER MANUAL — FINAL SUBMISSION BUILD

START
1. Run npm install once.
2. Run node server.js.
3. Open http://localhost:4000.

ACCOUNT
• Register once. User must be 18+ and accept Terms + Privacy.
• The same account can switch between Sender Mode and Receiver Mode from the dashboard.

SENDER
1. Switch to Sender Mode.
2. Create Queue Task.
3. Allow location access.
4. Upload the mandatory task/reference photo.
5. Enter registration/underlying amount.
6. Review 5% Fulfillment Charge and 2% Platform Convenience Fee.
7. Pay using Razorpay Test Checkout if Test API keys are configured.
8. Once payment is verified, task becomes visible to Receivers.
9. Monitor Accepted → Reached → Waiting → Awaiting Confirmation.
10. Confirm completion.
11. Rate Receiver.

RECEIVER
1. Switch to Receiver Mode.
2. Open Available Tasks.
3. Accept a task.
4. Sender proof/reference photo becomes visible for the assigned task.
5. Mark Reached.
6. Upload mandatory Receiver proof photo.
7. Start Waiting.
8. Mark Task Done.
9. Wait for Sender confirmation.
10. Check Earnings.

PLATFORM / ADMIN
• Open /platform-login
• Default local-demo password: queuer-admin-2026
• Platform can inspect users/tasks, Sender photos, Receiver proof photos and payment status.
• Change the admin password before any real deployment.

RAZORPAY TEST PAYMENT
1. Create Razorpay Test API keys.
2. Open /platform-login, then Payment Settings.
3. Enter TEST Key ID and TEST Key Secret locally.
4. Sender checkout will use Razorpay Test Mode.
5. Test UPI ID success@razorpay can simulate success.
6. No real money is deducted in Test Mode.
7. Live mode requires provider activation/KYC and a production security review.

IMPORTANT
Receiver payout in this submission build is recorded as Released/Eligible after Sender confirmation; actual bank payout/split settlement requires an approved marketplace payout product (for example, an eligible Route/linked-account configuration) and is not faked as a real transfer.
