QUEUER PRIVACY POLICY — DRAFT FOR TESTING/SUBMISSION Effective Date: September 2, 2026 Queuer may process account details, email/phone details when implemented, task information, task locations/GPS coordinates, uploaded task photographs, Receiver proof photographs, task timestamps, ratings, transaction/payment identifiers, and support/dispute records. Purposes include account operation, task matching, fraud prevention, payment processing, task verification, safety, support, dispute resolution, compliance, analytics and service improvement. Proof photographs are intended to be visible only to the relevant Sender, assigned Receiver where required for the task, and authorized Queuer/Padmasree Infocom administrators. They should not be publicly exposed. Payment credentials such as card numbers or UPI authentication credentials should be collected by the payment provider's checkout rather than stored by Queuer. Queuer may store payment/order IDs and status returned by the provider. Location is collected only where the task flow requests it and the user grants permission. Users must not submit another person's sensitive data unnecessarily. Production deployment should implement retention periods, deletion workflows, secure cloud storage, access controls, encryption where appropriate, backups, incident handling and a final grievance/privacy contact. Before commercial public launch, replace placeholders and have this policy reviewed for compliance with applicable Indian privacy/data-protection law.
